Service Disclaimer
Faultex is an information and decision-support tool, not a professional adviser. The risk scores, severity bands, predictive forecasts, watchlist/sanctions matches, ownership and country-risk labels, mitigation plans, briefings and agent-drafted emails or documents it produces are provided for general informational purposes only. They are indicative, not determinative, and do not constitute legal, compliance, sanctions, trade-control, financial, investment or other professional advice. Nothing here is a clearance, certification, audit or guarantee of compliance.
Much of what Faultex shows is derived from third-party and public-source data (including GLEIF, World Bank, trade datasets and ~28 public sanctions, export-control, debarment and forced-labor lists) and from automated and AI-generated analysis. That data and analysis is provided "as is": it may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, name-based matching can both miss entities and over-flag them, and forecasts are probabilistic model outputs that may not eventuate. A "no match" or low score is not assurance that no risk exists.
Statements that associate a named company, supplier or parent entity with risk, sanctions, debarment or forced labor are indicative observations generated from public data, not findings of fact. You must independently verify every result against the cited official source and obtain your own professional and legal advice before relying on it, contacting a third party, or making any procurement, compliance or commercial decision. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
