Events are clustered, scored against your own suppliers, regions, commodities and lanes, and filed into a 12-category risk taxonomy.

A news alert tells you something happened somewhere. Faultex only surfaces an event once it can connect it to something you actually depend on, and it scores that event by how close it sits to you and how hard it would land. From there it carries through to a plan with named owners, a supplier email waiting for your approval, and a board pack, which is the part a feed cannot do.

Two rules do most of the work. Research output carries a hard citation rule: any claim the pipeline cannot attach to a real source URL is discarded rather than published, and a topic with nothing behind it is reported as a gap instead of filled in. And nothing acts on its own; every agent draft, supplier email and mitigation plan waits in a review sheet for you to approve, edit or throw away. Treat all of it as decision support that shortens the research, not as advice. Scores, forecasts and drafted text can be wrong or out of date, and material findings should be checked against the linked sources before you act.

You give it a company and a country and it runs seven research tracks in parallel over the public web: identity and registration, ownership and structure, financial health, legal and regulatory, adverse media and cyber, ESG and labour, and operational footprint. It screens the subject against the watchlists, scores the result across weighted dimensions you can edit, ends with a shortlist of alternative suppliers, and exports to PDF and Word. A run takes five to ten minutes. Re-opening a saved report never re-runs the research.

Signup asks two questions: your industry and how often you want to hear from us. Everything else is seeded from one of 30 industry templates and is editable afterwards on your profile, so you can be looking at a scored register in a couple of minutes rather than filling in a supplier spreadsheet first. Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your supplier list, regions and lanes are private to your account. We don't sell your profile, and we don't use it to train third-party AI models. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Faultex (such as our payment and infrastructure providers) as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregate, de-identified signal trends are used internally to improve scoring and are not published.
