Common questions
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes - every new account gets 14 days of Pro free, with no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial your account will not be charged unless you add a payment method and choose a paid plan; otherwise it moves to the Free tier. You can stay on Standard, downgrade to Free, or enter payment for Pro. See our Terms for full trial and billing details.
What counts as a "one-time unlock"?
A single AI operation: one mitigation plan, one board-ready report, or one supplier-network breakdown. The result remains available in your dashboard while your account is active, subject to our Terms. If you find yourself buying more than 6 a month, Pro is cheaper.
Can I switch tiers any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Standard self-service subscriptions carry no separate cancellation fee. Full details, including how proration and refunds are handled, are in our Terms.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes - annual billing is priced at roughly two months' saving versus monthly: Standard A$990/year and Pro A$2,990/year (all prices in AUD, GST treatment as set out in our Terms). Annual plans are billed upfront; see our Terms for how mid-term changes are handled. Toggle "Annual" above to see the per-month equivalent.

Is my data private?
Your supplier list, regions and lanes are private to your account. We don't sell your profile, and we don't use it to train third-party AI models. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Faultex (such as our payment and infrastructure providers) as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregate, de-identified signal trends are used internally to improve scoring and are not published.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe, available in most countries Stripe supports. We cannot accept payment where prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.
